Hilltown Solar Farm is an 18 MWp Solar Farm located near Ashbourne in Co. Meath.
The development consists of over 39,900 Solar Panels and 45 String Inverters with a Maximum Export Capacity of 10 MW.
In partnership with Omexom RE Solar in France, our works consisted of the full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of the solar farm and associated grid connection works.
The extent of the works included:
• Fulfilling the role of PSCS & PSDP.
• All Civil and Electrical Design & Studies.
• Planning Compliance Monitoring and Discharge.
• Internal road construction, fencing, and permanent CCTV Installation.
• Landscaping.
• Procurement and Install of Steel structures, String Inverters, and Power
Transformer Stations.
• Mounting & Connection of Client Issued Solar Panels.
• Procurement and Install of all Cabling Throughout the Site.
• Construction and fitout of an MV substation with Scada Monitoring and
Power Plant Control functionality.
• All commissioning works on site.
• Grid code compliance testing.
• Install of grid route ducting
